Once you have enrolled into Joe Rewards, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on purchases, including delivery fees. Points cannot be earned on taxes, tips, donations or third party deliveries orders such as Grubhub, Doordash or Slice.

Points are rewarded after the completion of your purchase and may take up to 24 hours to show in your balance. Points may be rounded down (example: $14.99 purchase will be 14 points).

To earn points when ordering online you must be logged into your online ordering account associated with your rewards account. If you check out as a guest you will not receive any points.

To earn points when ordering in the store or on the phone, you must notify the order taker that you are part of the loyalty program. If you do not notify the order taker you may not receive any points.

Our program is 100% digital, so there is no need for any type of plastic card or scan thing. All coupons, vouchers and points are digital as well. To manage these items you go to www.joecristianospizza.com/rewards and sign in to check and redeem your points balance. To use your gifts, just place an order either online, on the phone or in the store and let us know you’re part of JOE Rewards. We’ll bring up your account and you let us know which gift you would like to use. It’s super easy and you never have to worry about losing those scan things!

Points may expire after 6 months of inactivity. As long as you remain active in the program by earning points and/or redeeming points, they will never expire.

Rewards and Gifts will have an expiration date on them and may differ for each item. Most rewards expire 30 days after you redeem them.

Rewards members can earn points for all types of transactions – dine-in, carryout, and delivery—whether you order online, on the phone, or at the store. If ordering on the phone or at the store, simply provide the phone number associated with your Joe Rewards account during the order process.

To earn points when ordering online, you must order from the Joe Cristiano’s Pizza online ordering. No points will be earned if you place your order through a third party website.

You can view your points balance as well as use your points to purchase items in our Reward Portal. You can access the Reward Portal from our website or directly by going to https://joecristianospizza.comosense.com.

When ordering online through our website you will also be able to view your point balance and apply applicable rewards to your order during checkout.

To redeem points, log in to your Joe Rewards account via our website or directly at https://joecristianospizza.comosense.com Once in the site go to the Point Shop, If you have enough points available to redeem a reward, simply select the “buy” button. Once you have selected “buy”, you’ll be able to add the free reward product to your cart online or apply it when you order over the phone or in person.

If ordering online, you can also “buy” your reward during the checkout process. In order to redeem that reward the item must be in your cart or else you can redeem it at a later date. When using points to “buy” your reward the points will deduct immediately from your account upon clicking on the reward. This can not be undone, if you click the reward and you have enough points you will get the reward. If you click the wrong reward by mistake you can still use that reward at a later date.

For actual rewards you can apply the reward to the cart provided that the item is in the cart and if you can change your mind before finishing the checkout process you can unselect the reward to use at a later date.

It depends, some rewards or discounts can be combined as long as you have the correct number of qualifying items. An example where they can not be combined is the Combo/Family Deals, since these are already discounted they can not be combined with another discount. But like I said if you have an additional qualifying item on the ticket you can discount that item.
