Allergen information
Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and sesame. Since we produce our food in kitchens where allergens are handled by our people, and where equipment and utensils are used for multiple menu items, including those containing allergens, we cannot guarantee it will be allergen free, even after ingredients have been removed on request.
If you have an allergy concern, please ask a manager to check the ingredient listing for specific menu items.
Food labeled Gluten Free are prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Joe Cristiano’s DOES NOT recommend these items for guests with celiac disease. Guests with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming those foods.
Unless told otherwise we will substitute breaded chicken with grilled chicken and will omit breaded eggplant and meatball when applicable.
